1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Pakistan, including all major cities and most remote areas via our courier partners.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2-4 business days
  • Other cities/remote areas: 4-7 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions, as announced on our website/social media.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email to track your shipment.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan. Our team may call to confirm your order before dispatch to reduce fraudulent or fake orders.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos/details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
